lodi646's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodi646 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lodi646 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of this Agreement.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, lodi646 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent lodi646 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
